Giveaways & Sweepstakes
AqEcom runs giveaways from time to time across our email list and social channels. This page sets out the standard terms that apply to them.
Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
- Employees of AqEcom and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
Entry requirements are stated on each individual giveaway post or email. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
Winner selection
Unless stated otherwise, winners are chosen at random from all valid entries after the closing date. Winners are contacted using the details provided at entry and must respond within seven days, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
Prizes
Prizes are as described in the relevant giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. AqEcom reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
General
By entering, you agree to these terms. AqEcom may amend or cancel a giveaway where circumstances require. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
